Sirs
Ever since I transferred from My Heritage I was never to automatically be able to go into my tree.

The way to get in was/is through the web page. Today I got "to become a member" and haven't been
able to get to my tree.

Please check this issue since it overwhelming to me, I'm a premium member. Just check the complete account, I also was able to go to one of members of my tree and see that the information on him is gone.
