Time taken for an update to my family tree to become accessible

I updated my tree with a recent GEDCOM export from Ancestry - more than 3 hours have now passed and I can still only see the previous version of the tree. I realise that the tree size could well influence the time for the tree to be updated (12,000 members) but is it hours or days that I will have to wait ?

...while trying to find an indication of when an uploaded tree generally becomes accessible after uploading I read the "Please read this" post at the beginning of this forum and one of the notes in it has a link to a FAQ however clicking this only gives the error page reporting "this page doesn't exist" !!!!!!

When updating a Geneanet family tree manualy or via a GEDCOM import, it's immediately available.
