Can't view or navigate family tree, just the basics for now.

I just up loaded my family tree in a gedcom file an it went fine. How do I look at the file or tree now. This isn't the easiest program I have ever used. Compared to Ancestry its very cumbersome, It may be the wrong program for me if I can't navigate around it.

Tried that and still can't see the tree that I downloaded in a GEDCOM file.. Afraid this just isn't going to work for me, Have tried a number of ways and don't ever see the family tree.
