Credit card charged twice.
When I signed up to be a Premium member, my credit card was charged twice. How can this be remedied?

I called my bank and was assured that my account was NOT charged twice. My apologies for this communication error.
I have spoken with an associate at my bank and he has confirmed that there was only one charge of $17 against my account.
My most humble apologies for this misunderstanding.
