Importing a family tree from ancestry. Having a heckuva time trying to figure out how to import a tree for my ancestry site to this site can somebody please help getting very frustrated about ready to quit the site.

You can export a GEDCOM file from Ancestry then import it to Geneanet.

I have tried so many times to try and export my tree from ancestry to Geneanet. I have a Mac and an iPhone, I have tried on both devices and get the same error message about zip files?? I have followed the instructions and still to no avail. I have over 400 entries on my tree and it would take me forever to input on here again. I am not silly when it comes to downloads etc it just seems it doesn't like Mac software and yes all updates are new.
