exporting Gedcom file

Several times I have been successful in uploading my family tree into Gedcom file from my Geneanet family tree (cgregory1) onto my dcesktop for exportation to another site .However when I attempt to import it and upload it the other site it indicates that it is not a genuine Gedcom file and the maximum size uploaded to it is 75 mb., My gedcom from geneanet is 490 kb( .49 mg) so why does it always state that my gedcom file from Geneanet is not authentic?

I have no problem exporting your Geneanet family tree.

Please go to https://my.geneanet.org/arbre/save.php?view=save, then select "Family Tree" (not "Original GEDCOM File") and "GEDCOM File Format (ASCII)", and click "Download".
