Help needed re CASPER, Peter senior. Possible origins in Alsace area - Germany or France. Also a Son named Peter Casper married to Abigail Blood in USA or Quebec. Son of Peter and Abigail was Aza Bullard CASPER, born in 1799 Surry, New Hampshire, USA. He was a whaling master who migrated to Normandy and married. Also became naturalised, along with 2 brothers and a sister.
Searching for any original links back to German or French ancestry before USA.

I may. I recall recently that surname caught my attention while I was searching the Baden - Württemberg region recently. If I recall correctly the tile period I was searching was a way back, 1600-1800?
