Emigration of French in early /mid1700 to the Caribbean

I am at a stand still and really trying to find out how my ancestors left France for the Caribbean,
They were in Grenada in the early/mid 1700. They owned cocoa and coffee plantations in Grenada, they later moved to the island of St. Lucia after 1763.
Would any one have any information on the migration of The French to the Caribbean, any ship manifest ?
Any ideas where can I look,
I do not know what part of France they came from,
The names were Allain and Marragon
Thank you for your help.

I see that there is an achieve https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/caribbeanhistory/movement-of-people.htm about people from Europe going to the Caribbean in 1700s, maybe you can see some valuable information there. Nowadays I know that a lot of people from all around the world are going to that part of the world to get citizenship in the Caribbean this article for example shows how people do that and seems like it's legal.
